I started my search for a place on the North Coast of the DR after consuming one too many episodes of The Caribbean Life on HGTV in the summer of 2017. You can tell after meeting with James he is not your typical realtor and clearly is not just after quick sales and a commission. I can honestly say after buying my place with James help I count him on my very good friend list. In addition he has all the local contacts to make improvements to your property at the lowest cost and highest quality materials.

In conclusion I have my little slice of paradise right on the ocean thanks to James at Blue Sail. The north coast of the DR is a growing area that is only going to boom in the next 5 years or less.
