"Just bought a villa in Sosua... It turned out to be our most solid real estate decision yet! James responded to our initial enquiry and, once we arrived in Cabarete Beach, quickly took us under his wing. We spent a number of days viewing properties in the Sosua/Cabarete Beach area. When it came time to make an offer, we felt confident that Blue Sail Realty had gone the extra mile in leaving no stone unturned for us... He even negotiated a reduction in the list price.
