Sellers
We are pleased to offer both sellers and buyers an exciting NEW SERVICE. We can arrange for an aerial video of your property and surrounding area. This will give purchasers a much better perspective, not only of the property but of the area in which they are looking to buy, and make your property more enticing. If you go to our Videos page we are regularly uploading new videos.
Buyers
We understand that 3-4 grainy pictures of a property just doesn’t cut it. If you are a serious overseas purchaser and interested in a particular property but cannot fly to the Dominican immediately, we will arrange to take an HD aerial and walk-through tour video of the property and surrounding area that you are interested in. By the time you visit you will feel as if you have already lived here.
