We will take the necessary day(s) to personally show you around the North Coast, Cabarete, Sosua, Rio San Juan and many more amazing towns, to give you a better idea of the area, and all the wonderful activities and places there are to explore.
We have partnered up with one of the most respected law firms on this side of the Island to ensure you have the best legal representation available to you. We also, unlike any other Real Estate Firm in the Dominican, will cover your legal fees for closing!
We have a property management team that if needed will take care of your investment property as if it were our own. Providing services such as walking your property once a week, collecting rent on your behalf, overseeing repairs or maintenance etc.
